  • “ My name is Chris Bouten and I have been a dental assistant for over 25 years, and I have been working with Amanda Kirwin for almost a year now and I have to say she has already become one of my favorite people! She is one of the brightest, sweetest, friendliest, and most hard-working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Since coming on board at our office as a dental assistant and mentor I can’t even tell you how much she has helped us, she has taught us so much regarding our dental computer software and along with many other things that have made our workdays much easier and more efficient so we can spend more time caring for our patients. She is an amazing teacher, and we are so thankful for all she has done for us. I personally feel that she is not only a great colleague but that I have made a friend for life! If everyone could be the hard-working, dedicated, and compassionate person she is the world would be a better place. Thank you for all that you do! We sincerely appreciate all the work and effort you put into helping us at our office. ”

  • I have known Samantha Burnell for over 8 years. She brings a refreshing passion to the dental field not often seen. Her varied skillset includes hygiene; assisting; treatment planning; management; and front desk. Having been out in the trenches herself, Samantha understands first hand the challenges each position faces. This enables her to develop processes to enhance the efficiency of the areas needing to be improved upon. One of my favorite things about Samantha is that when she is not well versed in a thing, she does not rest until she excels at it. Sometimes this is achieved by continuing education courses. Other times it is by her reaching out to those who do excel to learn from them. All of this is so she can be her best so she can offer her best to those who need help of their own. While not every consultant is a good fit for every company, Samantha Burnell is definitely someone to consider when you are looking for the ‘good fit’ for you.

  • “Working along side Sam has been invigorating in my career as a seasoned hygienist. In a profession where we as hygienist often feel the mundane and the defeat on a daily basis, Sam has brought a light into the profession. I recently started part time at a well established general dentist practice. In my clinical experience I often anticipate to see a patient population in which 50-70% presents with active periodontal disease. Health education and patient behavior are often a challenge with oral health and specifically periodontal disease. In this office I recently joined Sam Brunel, who has been a presence here for a few years. And the impact she has made is remarkable. I have never felt so supported and understood as a clinician, but more importantly I have never seen such a healthy, committed and compliant patient base where 10-15% present with active periodontal disease. Her commitment to health and well being of patients on the individual and community level is palpable. Her efforts to create healthy workflow and positive team atmosphere in an office are unsurpassed”.
