How long do you stay for onsite programs?
It all depends on your goals, team participation, the size of the practice, any many other variables. We have short and long term options available. Once we complete our due diligence, and onsite observation period, we will put together a written action plan to review with you for final customizing. While we can estimate the time frame needed, It’s more of an organic evolution than a set amount.
Do you help coach each team member, or do you expect us to implement?
We love working along side team members and feel it is our best way to inspire and lead by example. However we can also give written protocols to be implemented by your existing team and coach you how to implement.
What is the cost?
Pricing is based on the scope and complexity of the project. Once we have had discussions and gather some information we can provide your initial customized proposals.
