Iridology

Iridology is the study of color, pigmentation and structure of the iris and how it relates genetically through reflex response to the strengths and deficiencies of the body.

Iridology has traditionally been used to determine potential health issues and deficiencies.  The optic nerve connects our eyes to our brain and contains up to 1.7 million nerve fibers which allow us to identify genetic strengths and weaknesses within organs, glands, and tissues. By interpreting iris markings and fibers, we can determine how resilient one is and evaluate the burden of stress (environmental, emotional, and physical) and how that is affecting their overall health.

Iridology can be used to locate potential nervous system imbalances, circulatory disturbances, connective tissue weakness, family patterns of illness like digestive, blood sugar, blood abnormalities and cardiovascular issues.

The iris topographically reflects specific organs and systems of the body. Each color and marking have a unique meaning for each individual. Iridologist understand the meaning of these patterns and the significance of where these markings are located.

Amanda received her Iridology certification in June of 2023 from Trinity School of Natural Health. She is pending her board certification with the International Iridology Practitioners Association.

After working in healthcare for over a decade Amanda is excited to provide clients with a more in depth view of their overall health. She will supply clients with traditional lifestyle and herbal remedies to support each individual on their wellness journey.
